Q: Where do you get your materials from?
A: We use a variety of wholesalers & retailers to make sure we are getting the highest quality products at the lowest prices possible. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure our products are perfect.
Q: What is your processing time?
A: Aviito Aromatics handcrafts all products and each item is made to order. Although we keep a very low inventory on hand for product photos and/or market events, we create all products as ordered. Due to this unique process, our order processing times may be longer than other small businesses. All orders are processed within 5-10 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We ship worldwide! We currently ship internationally using USPS Priority Mail International. Rates are calculated at checkout. Our shipping costs are based on zip code and are available as follows:

Our FREE shipping options are as follows:
- All US orders (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Islands) receive FREE Standard Shipping (5-8 days)
- All US order (includes Alaska, Hawaii, and the US Islands) over $125.00 receive FREE Express Shipping (1-2 days)
- Contactless Local Delivery: 1-3 business days (does NOT include holidays or days with inclement/dangerous weather)

Local Pick-Up: Only available on Saturdays that we are attending the Helena Farmers Market in Helena, MT. Please make arrangements with us for this delivery option.
We offer Express Shipping for a flat rate of $21.99 (1-2 business days) for all US orders.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Additional charges may apply. Please note that Aviito does not control shipping times! Once the package leaves our facility, it is the mail carriers responsible to deliver your items.
Q: Which products are "handcrafted"?
A: Every single product Aviito Aromatics offers, is made by hand, by our owner, Emma Lee! All candles and wax melts are hand-poured individually. Our fragrances have all been extensively tested before production. Our Apothecary Bar products are all measured, mixed, stirred and prepared by hand. Our match bottles are all hand trimmed, counted and placed into each match bottle with a strike strip/dot placed by hand. All labels were designed by in house created, printed, trimmed and applied by hand. I think you get the point.

Q: What if the coupon card I received with my purchase doesn't work?
A: First of all, we are so sorry to hear that your coupon code isn't working! Web design certainly isn't always error free. If the coupon card you received with a previous purchase isn't working make sure that you aren't trying to use it on an excluded item and make sure you're typing the code in correctly (it is case sensitive). Always make sure to refer to our Coupon Disclosure for more information. If you're still having difficulties, please email or contact us and we will take care of it immediately!
Q: Where do you get the labels for your products?
A: We design, print, cut & apply each individual label by hand. The templates & sheet labels that we use for our products come from our supplier.
Q: How big are the reed diffusers?
A: Our 6oz Fiji reed diffusers hold 4oz of filler and measure 4" x 1.5" x 3.5" and come with 8ct 7" Rattan reeds.
Q: Can I refill my car freshie?
A: Of course! We offer Car Freshie Refill bottles that can refill your freshie up to 2 times per bottle.
Q: Do you offer discounts?
A: Yes we do! Every order gets a coupon to use on your next purchase. We offer many sales and promotions throughout the year. We also have a loyalty rewards program for select containers.
Q: Do you sell anywhere in store?
A: Yes! We have a variety of products with a few retailers in Helena, Montana as well as across the country! Check out our Retailers page for more information!
Q: Why is an item out of stock if each order is custom made?
A: There are 2 reasons an item can show "out of stock" on our website. (1) We do not currently have that item on hand due to material shortage and will be restocking as soon as possible. (2) That item/fragrance is a seasonal product and is currently "out of season". Please check out our How it Works page to learn more!
Q: Are your products vegan and/or pet friendly?
A: Yes! All of our products are certified vegan & cruelty free by The Leaping Bunny as well as Makesy Made Better.
